(Great start) Not only did he communicate with me about when he was on the way AND showed up on time, but did an AMAZING job too! These guys came out and pressure washed my awnings recently. I must say the awnings look truly clean for the first time in ages. After many frustrating attempts to get a reasonable quote for pressure washing (so many outrageous bids!), Cody was great to work with — professional, fairly priced, and reliable.
